BLCP Provides financing to public and private builders whose goal it is to ultimately build homes on land that requires entitlement completion as well as infrastructure build out. At the point of horizontal improvement completion, builders will “take down” finished lots on a rolling option.

The volume of lots acquired by the homebuilder over the course of time implies a yield for the investor. Typically, this will range from 18%- 28% depending on the amount of leverage places on the transaction and the speed with which the builder acquired lots. BLCP has funding available for these types of programs.
